SHIPPING INFORMATION
Products are delivered by DHL Express. Deliveries are processed 24-48 hours upon receipt of full payment. Express delivery may take between 2 – 4 working days (within Australia and to New Zealand) and 4 – 6 business days (internationally), depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with DHL Express directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Lustra Hair Extensions.

SHIPPING RATES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to place your order if you decide to or not.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Lustra Hair Extension handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased minus $30 USD for the process.  Refunds will be processed promptly, and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Lustrahairextensions.com. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions
Please note that some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These includes all beauty products, products that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange and return product/s must have the tags intact.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a $30 US process fee; this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Accepted Methods of Payment

We offer secure payment options including PayPal and MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 24 - 48hrs Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (AEST).
